YOGA
A Yogi/Yogini (Sanskrit: masc yogī, योगी ; fem yoginī) is one who follows a Spiritual path of inquiry into one's own spirituality. The term describes someone who practices Yoga in one or many forms. In 2013 I began my formal studies into Yoga, though I have been a student of Yoga for most of my life. Every day I learn so much more and every day I realise there is so much more to learn.

Bhuta Shuddhi
Bhuta Shuddhi in Brief:
By: Ananda Saraswati on Aug 18, 2012
"Visualize that there is a lotus in the heart. It’s root is dharma and it’s stalk is knowledge. Eight types of asihwaryas constitute its petals and its center is param-vairagya (utter dispassion). This lotus blooms fully with the japa of Omkara. In its center, in a glow of brillaint light is the jivaatma. After meditating thus, visualize the kundalini in the mooladhaara. The kundalini is shining with the brilliance of thousands of rays of lightning. It is extremely subtle and in the shape of a snake sleeping in the mooladhara. It awakens now and rises up to take the jivatma in its mouth via the path of the sushmana to Paramatma. The Jivatma merges (apparently) with the Paramatma. Experience this state for sometime and then bring back the jivatma to the heart center. This is bhuta shuddhi in brief. Now carry on with japa or meditation etc.
Bhuta shuddi is well-known through both the expanded form and the brief one in many traditions of sadhana. I personally know of many sadhakas who have been greatly benefited by these. One friend reported that through bhuta-shuddhi his mind-stuff became pure and would resolve in Paramatma and he would be in a blissful state for hours together, so much so that he would not even remember any other kriya. Another elederly Babu reported that through this kriya his body became free of disease and mind-stuff became pure. And from the day his bhuta-shuddhi kriya was completed properly, from then on his mind-stuff never experienced any difficult modifications. He was able to experience the divinity of his body very clearly. One Swamiji’s only sadhana is this particular kriya. And everybody experiences his divinity by just looking at him. In praise of this kriya, he said that every cell of the body changes with this kriya.
